Gina traded commodities for cookies when she founded Celli’s. A mother of four and a former businesswoman on Wall Street, she swapped the streets of New York for the charm of Williamsburg, Virginia a decade ago. But her love affair with baking goes all the way back to her teenage years. These days, she prepares each batch of artisanal, handmade cookies the same way she’s always done it: with a stand-up mixer and a regular oven (albeit a powerful one). Her emphasis on small-batch baking and use of premium organic ingredients ensures consistent results and the highest quality standards time and again. Gina’s days of making cookies for her kids’ sports team or bake sales may be over, but her mission remains the same: to spread happiness all around.
We’re a small, do-it-all team that takes pride in each batch. Being family-owned and operated is key to our success and consistent quality. Gina Celli is the founder and chief baking officer, while Anthony Celli—who previously owned his own commodities firm on Wall Street—is the chief financial officer. Kacie Celli, Gina and Anthony’s eldest daughter, is the director of public relations.
